Beginning March 1st 2023, all appointments require a 25% deposit to reserve your session. Until a deposit is paid, the reservation is not considered taken and may be booked by other guests. All deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to another appointment with sufficient notice.
In the event you need to move an appointment with less than 48 hours notice, your 25% deposit may be transferred to another date or time within 14 days of the original appointment. Appointments may be rescheduled no more than twice. After rescheduling twice, another 25% deposit is required to schedule a new appointment.
In the event you fail to contact the salon and do not show up for your appointment (commonly referred to as a no-call no-show), you will be charged an additional 25% fee and forfeit your deposit. Three no-call no-shows in a twelve-month span will result in all services requiring a 100% deposit of expected costs to continue booking with the salon.
Retail products may be exchanged within 30 days of purchase for products of relatively equal value (+/- $5). Retail products will not be accepted for exchange if the product is less than 75% full.
In the event you feel displeased with your services for any reason, please contact us for options to address your concerns. Refunds will not be given for services rendered, but additional services may be done on a complimentary basis at the stylist's discretion.
Any and all chemical, color, and extension services cannot be guaranteed if guests do not adhere to suggested maintenance, including but not limited to the purchase and use of suggested retail products for home maintenance through verified sources (either the salon itself, Ulta, Sephora, or through the brand directly).
